(Dec. 21, 2017) — Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop joined executives from BLDG Management Co., Inc. on Monday at a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of First Street Park. Located at 108 First Street, adjacent to The One in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District, the revitalized 8,000-square-foot park brings ample green space, public seating areas and a fully enclosed dog park to the fast-growing neighborhood.
BLDG, developer of The One – a premier rental community offering a mix of 450 studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments located at 110 First Street – oversaw the park renovation as part of its ongoing effort to invest in the downtown Jersey City community.
